1. Booking Accuracy
- Please verify all details on your confirmation (date, time, pickup, vehicle, price).
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation number + deposit receipt.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
- All customer information remains confidential.
Hourly Service: Service is billed by the hour with minimums depending on vehicle type. Overtime or additional usage not agreed upon will be charged post-service.
2. Payment Policy
- Payment is collected via a secure credit card authorization form.
- Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, or Wire transfer.
- 20% deposit is charged at booking (non-refundable).
- Remaining balance (80%) is charged 48 hours before the ride.
- For bookings made within 24 hours of service, payment may be split into verification + final payment steps.
- You agree to pay all additional charges such as:
- Overtime (billed hourly per vehicle type)
- Wait time (15+ mins), extra stops, route changes
- Any damages caused during service
3. Alcohol Policy
- NY Law: Alcohol is only allowed in limousines with a partition.
- No alcohol in sedans, SUVs, vans, or buses without a divider.
- Champagne service is available upon request for limousines (additional fee).
4. Gratuity
- Tips are not included in your booking and are voluntary.
- Tipping is encouraged only if your experience is excellent.
5. Cancellation Policy
Late cancellation results in full charge:
- Sedan/SUV: Cancelled < 24 hours = full fare
- 7-Passenger Limo: Cancelled < 48 hours = full fare
- Sprinters/JET Vans: Cancelled < 48 hours = full fare
- Super Stretch (e.g. Hummer): Cancelled < 72 hours = full fare
- Buses (24–56 pax): Cancelled < 72 hours = full fare
Note: 20% deposit is always non-refundable.
6. Passenger Liability Agreement
- Seat belts are required by law for all passengers.
- No smoking in any vehicle — $450 fine applies.
- No drugs or banned alcohol (e.g. Absinthe) allowed.
- Vehicle capacity (passengers & luggage) must not be exceeded.
- Passengers are liable for:
- Any damage caused during the trip (accidental or intentional)
- Getting sick or spilling inside vehicle ($280–$700+ cleaning/downtime fees)
- Food, snacks, or gum in vehicle = $280 fee
- US LIMO NYC INC is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
7. Company Responsibility
- We aim for punctual, clean, and professional service.
- Not liable for delays due to:
- Weather, road conditions, accidents, mechanical failure, or acts of God
- In case of breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided.
- Drivers may refuse service to intoxicated or unruly passengers.
- We do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or origin.
8. Lost & Found
- We are not responsible for lost items.
- Found items can be returned at owner’s cost.
- Items unclaimed after 7 days may be discarded.
9. Cleaning & Damage Charges Summary

10. Final Notes
- All services must be reviewed immediately after completion if any issues arise.
- Please call our office at +1718-770-7762 within 24 hours for complaints or corrections.
- Failure to notify within the timeframe may limit our ability to resolve issues.
